. CHANGE OF DATE OF COMPETITION. Bases Dear friends:
The organization was aware of the postponement of yesterday's Fast Painting Contest Basin City that he planned to take place this Saturday 19 June to Saturday 26th, just one day before the day chosen to celebrate our prize for painting. This fact coupled with the weather situation we have been suffering for several weeks and that does not herald changes for this weekend, has to consider the organization of the event the necessary change of date for our competition for the Sunday on 27 June. With this change we seek to ensure that the weather does not undermine the competition and the dynamics continue to hold the contest on the same weekend that the Basin, making it easier for / as painters / as the possibility of participating in two major events few miles away. Also, we have heard through some participants to this very day 20 is to be held fast painting contest in the Retiro (Madrid), thus changing the event will also cause many artists to participate in both.
