This event organized by the Association Peña Cultural Fiestalegre in collaboration with the City Mota del Cuervo and Cultural Association speck in Mota del Cuervo, be held on Sunday, June 20, 2010 . 4. 5. The winning works will become property of the respective sponsors, making the public use as they see fit for each of them. 6. The winning and selected works will be displayed along with the obligatory awards at the Exhibition of the exhibition hall "La Tercia" between 20 and 27 June inclusive, and not awarded may be acquired by the visiting public, for which the artists who so wish must inform the delivery of the same and their price. The sale management will be made directly between the artist and the buyer by the Organization only contact management.
7. The selected works and not sold during the exhibition can be collected by each author at the end of it, their own exhibition hall on the 27th of June. The works are not removed at that time, they may also withdraw from the 5th to July 16th, 2010 at the headquarters of the Peña Fiestalegre located at Camino Real 15, Mota del Cuervo (after telephone contact: 666 59 69 94 / 666 59 69 92 / 652 95 00 51). 8. The Jury, composed by people from the world of Culture, Arts and a sponsor, is final and can not to award a prize if they saw fit. The jury is, as every year, new and impartial. The awards ceremony and reading of selected works will take place in the Plaza de La Tercia around 18:00 hours. Taking part in this competition implies acceptance of all provisions of these rules and any point not provided on them shall be resolved by the Organization.
Awards 1, 3, 4, 5, 9 and 15 will be chosen by the Jury.
Awards from 6 to 8 will be selected by the AMPAS
Awards 2, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 are elected by each of the Sponsors.
All winning and selected works will receive a diploma.
No picture can receive two awards.
All winning artists must sign the boxes at the time of the awards ceremony, pledging to provide an updated curriculum and possible exhibition catalogs bound for sponsors if at that time have them. The artist whose painting to be rewarded and not deliver the curriculum shall be withheld from the amount of 100 Euros award to delivery.
9. Not having signed an insurance policy, is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur.
